To ensure a positive experience for all attendees, vendors, and sponsors, all exhibitors are required to remain fully set up and operational until the official closing time of the expo.

• Vendors may not begin dismantling displays, packing materials, or removing merchandise prior to the published end time of the event. 
• Early breakdown creates safety concerns, disrupts attendee experience, and reflects negatively on the overall professionalism of the expo. 
• Vendors who leave early or begin packing up before the official closing time may jeopardize eligibility for future events. 

Exceptions may only be granted in advance by expo management due to emergencies or special circumstances.

By participating in the expo, vendors acknowledge and agree to comply with this policy as part of their exhibitor responsibilities.
