BEFORE each event in each community. 

 If there is a date change due to unforeseen circumstances, we guarantee to provide a new date to the Sponsor/Exhibitor.   

 If your organization chooses not to attend the event that you registered for, and it is still taking PLACE, YOU may pick a future date that will be provided.  senior health expos, llc only provides event credit.

This policy applies to registrations that are received from 

manual registration forms, electronic registration online
