The purpose of the Senior Health Expo is to provide a forum where seniors can learn about health related services and products offered to them in the community. Exhibitors participating in the events cover a wide range of topics which specifically address the issues and concerns facing today’s senior community.

These essential health care services can be learned about in one convenient location at the Expo. No need to spend hours on the phone trying to get meaningful information. The Expo is designed to streamline that process. These events are FREE for seniors to attend and are open to all adults 55 plus, caregivers, baby boomers, children and/or their parents that are facing complex decisions, retiree’s or semi retired seniors. Free transportation can be provided from your senior center.

The event is FREE for all seniors to attend. Free bus transportation from local senior centers is arranged in advance. Exhibitors are encouraged to provide a free health screening and interact with attendees. This is a terrific way to draw more attention to your company. The Senior Health Expo for the Queens Community is slated for March 20, 2012 from 10am – 2pm at the Adria Hotel & Conference Center, 220-33 Northern Blvd. in Bayside. Admission is free and the exhibit hall is open to all adults over 60.

The Expo offers something for everyone. Whether you are new or returning to the event you will find current information and resources tailored to senior lifestyle.  Now in its 4th year, many favorites from previous events will be back for another year along with new companies whose products and services seniors will have the opportunity to explore.

As in previous events, the Expo’s main stage will feature informative presentations on a variety of topics throughout the day. We strive to present compelling topics on health and wellness, insurance, senior housing, mental health, estate planning and finance.
